IB AIO Evenings

Main aims: To stimulate scientific and social contacts between the PhD students and post docs of the different IB research group. In addition, one can obtain experience in presenting your work in a informal manner. More information can be found in the Program Book 2010-2011. We will have some combinend evenings in order to increase the amount of potential speakers.

17:30 Dinner in "Het Oude Tolhuys"
Dinner is free for all participants. The PhD students, post docs and organisers that wish to participate in this event should reserve in time (before 13.00 h on 07-02-2012) via e-mail to Willie Geerts. Those that prefer a vegetarian dinner should indicate this explicitly in the mail. Those that wish to participate in the discussion evening only (no dinner), should register as well!

The IB and "Het Oude Tolhuis" have agreed to serve a two-course dinner (main course and desert) only. The dinner will be announced in time by mail. If time allows, the participants can finish with coffee and tea. All participants will have to be in time —17:30 h— in the restaurant!
