This year’s IB retreat (2017) will take place on 24-25 April at the Stay Okay Hostel in Soest.
During this retreat educational aspects will be combined with lots of social and fun activities. The first day consists of special seminars in which the speakers will introduce their subject and methods and explain not only what het methods are used for in this case, but also give their advantages and disadvantages and what their methods additionally could be used for.
The second day we will focus on what you could do after your PhD with speakers from industry, academia and entrepreneurship and we will have a creative writing workshop for scientists. Please find a more detailed program attached.
